Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICIES - WE SHIP TO ALL OF COLOMBIA

  1. Cost: Shipping to anywhere in Colombia is completely free for purchases over $220,000.

  2. Delivery time: Once payment has been made, Alízz will take a maximum of 2 business days to deliver the order to the courier. The carrier will take 3 to 5 business days to deliver to its final destination, so orders arrive in a maximum of 10 business days. Given the COVID-19 contingency, third-party carriers have presented delays of up to 8 days in the delivery of the final product.
