WARRANTY POLICY
To return a product under warranty, the product must not be modified by the buyer or altered from its original state; it must be clean and in good condition. The following warranty applies to the following: electrical products for the women's line: 12 (twelve) months, and electrical products for the men's line: 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.
If you are going to make a warranty return of the products you purchased at www.alizz.com.co follow these steps:
-Make a written request for the product under warranty to our email address Servicioalcliente@alizz.com.co or to our Whatsapp line +57 3132358586, if the invoice is necessary.
-Then you must send the product to the CSA address indicated to you depending on the city. The service will be provided in the customer's name and the product's condition will be validated.
- The product must be properly packaged. Use the same packaging you received your order in or a different one that protects the product during shipping. **Shipping costs are on us only if pickup is outside of major cities where there is a CSA. We will provide this information via WhatsApp.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the right of withdrawal established by Law 1480 of 2011, Article 47, the maximum period to exercise this right is 5 business days from the date of delivery of the goods or the moment you received them. The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it; it must be in perfect condition, that is, unused, clean, and in perfect condition. Shipping and other costs incurred in returning the product to TECH BEAUTY facilities are not covered by the terms and conditions. S.TO.S. will be assumed by the user.
If all the above conditions are met, TECH BEAUTY S.TO.S.. will return the total amount paid, without any deductions or withholdings, and the refund period may not exceed 30 business days.
In accordance with numeral 7 of article 47 of Law 1480, goods for personal use such as jewelry, costume jewelry, personal care products and cosmetics are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
To manage the return of a product by the law of withdrawal, you must do so by following these steps:
- Make the request for change/return in writing to our email servicioalcliente@alizz.com.co
- Then you must send the product to the address in Medellín Transversal 32c Sur No. 31D - 55, in the name of customer service TECH BEAUTY S.TO.S., where the product's condition will be validated; remember that it must arrive clean and in perfect condition (original packaging). If the product does not meet the return requirements, we will inform you via email of the reason why we are not processing the return, and the product will be sent back to the original delivery address.
The product must be properly packaged. Use the same packaging in which you received your order.
**In this case, the shipping cost is your responsibility, as well as the costs generated in the management of the return of your money.
REFUND OF MONEY
By transfer: It is carried out approximately within thirty (30) business days after receiving the product in our warehouse.
Through credit card payment reversal: Thirty (30) business days after receiving the product in our warehouse in the case of a claim.
In the case of order cancellation, up to 30 days after the customer's request, this time is estimated since it depends more on the times of the banks with which the purchase was made, in such case, the customer must contact the bank once TECH BEAUTY S.TO.S.
You have confirmed the purchase reversal process.
For security reasons, the best option will always be to refund the money to the same account that originated the transaction or to the person who made the purchase, that is, whoever is registered on the website.
