At Alízz, we want all our customers to be satisfied with the product they purchased. If for any reason you are not happy with the product shipped (this is part of the right of withdrawal explained below), we offer a simple and free process to replace it or cancel the purchase and refund the product.
It is important not to break, manipulate, or use the product to be returned. As a first condition for the product to be replaced or refunded, it is necessary that the product to be returned be returned to the company in the same condition in which it was sent by Alízz.

These return policies apply solely and exclusively to virtual sales, whether through our official social networks or on the website. www.alizz.com.co And under no circumstances will they apply to wholesale buyers, resellers, distributors, and commercial agents who market Alízz products, with whom there is an ongoing commercial and business relationship. (Compare with the provisions of Article 5 of the Consumer Statute, paragraph 3)
The guarantee of the good includes:
1.Completely free repair of product defects and timely provision of replacement parts. If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced or the money paid for the product will be refunded, at the Supplier's discretion.
2.In the event of a repeat failure and taking into account the nature of the product and the characteristics of the defect, at the consumer's choice, a new repair will be made or the good will be partially or totally replaced with another of the same type, with similar characteristics or technical specifications, which in no case will be inferior to those of the product that gave rise to the guarantee or a partial refund of the price paid for the product, which will be determined according to the characteristics, condition and use of the returned good.
The refund of the full amount paid for the product is at the discretion of the Supplier, who will carry out the due process in reviewing the product, handling, length of use, and reasons for the warranty, in order to consolidate the monetary amount to be refunded.
Our products come with a one-year warranty, except for clippers and sideburns, which come with a six-month warranty. The warranty on any product is subject to a technical diagnosis.
All requests will be addressed within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days following receipt; therefore, please note that the product will be sent for technical diagnosis and repair (if applicable). The repair process will be completed within thirty (30) business days from the day following receipt of the request.
Once the legal warranty period has expired, the customer must pay for any inspection, diagnosis, repair, and/or replacement parts required for the product.
It should be clarified that when a product is delivered, in order to make the guarantee effective, the guarantor or whoever performs the repair on his behalf must issue a receipt certificate in accordance with the rules established for the provision of services that involve the delivery of the good, and will indicate the reasons for the claim.
When the product is repaired in compliance with a legal or supplementary warranty, the guarantor or the person performing the repair on its behalf shall be obliged to provide the consumer with proof of repair indicating the following:
1. Description of the repair carried out.
2. Parts replaced or repaired.
3. The date on which the consumer delivered the product, and
4. The date of return of the product.
The claim for the effectiveness of the guarantees will be admissible in all cases in which the product does not satisfy the conditions of quality, suitability, safety or good functioning offered by TECH BEAUTY. S.TO.S. Products on sale or on offer have a warranty, except in cases where it is expressly indicated that they are remanufactured or that they contain any circumstance, defect or breakdown that affects their suitability and this has been accepted by the buyer at the time of purchase. Electrical products have a maximum warranty of twelve (12) months, except for hair clippers and sideburns, which have a 6-month warranty, and other products marketed under the TECH BEAUTY brand. S.TO.S They have a maximum guarantee until their expiration date. Requests for electrical products after fifteen calendar days from the date of purchase will be received at the store where it was purchased or sent directly to the Specialized Service Center or Authorized Service Center of TECH BEAUTY. S.TO.S, at the consumer's discretion. The diagnosis is performed by technicians authorized by the TECH BEAUTY brand. S.TO.SThe repair will be carried out within the next thirty (30) business days, counted from the day after the delivery of the good for repair, unless there is a special regulatory provision for the respective good.
Claims outside the warranty period granted by TECH BEAUTY will not be addressed. S.TO.S, which will begin from the date of delivery to the consumer.
The consumer must present it verbally or in writing, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 58 of Law 1480 of 2011. They must provide proof of purchase, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 27 of Law 1480 of 2011. They must describe the defect in the product and return it to the store for analysis.
TECH BEAUTY S.TO.S, will respond to claims within a period of fifteen (15) business days, as ordered by article 58 numeral 5 literal C of Law 1480 of 2011 (consumer statute); in any case and if applicable, the effectiveness of the guarantee will proceed as follows: a) Repair of the product if warranted. b) The refund of money according to the value paid at the time of purchase will proceed only in the following cases: (i) When the repair of the product is not possible or it is discontinued and/or out of inventory. (ii) When the diagnosis determines that it is a serious fault and/or that these are repeated after the repair of the same. In such event, the consumer may choose between the generation of a buyback voucher or the refund of the money paid for the good subject to warranty. When the consumer opts for a refund to enforce the legal warranty, the refund will occur no later than eight (8) business days following the request, provided that the consumer makes the good that is the subject of the request for enforcement of the legal warranty available, free of liens. In cases where the refund is made by bank deposit, the consumer must provide the necessary information for this purpose. If it is necessary to transfer the product to the CSA, the collection and return of the product may be requested for a value of COP $10,000 (for the 2019 period) in addition to the value of the product repair.
The warranty will not be enforced in the following cases: A) When the damage results from misuse of the product by the consumer, or failure to follow the installation, use, maintenance, or safekeeping instructions. B) When interventions are carried out by third parties other than technical centers authorized by the supplier or manufacturer of the product. C) When the damage results from force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. D) In other cases provided for in current legal or regulatory standards.
If the purchase was made through electronic payments (non-traditional methods) in www.alizz.com.co, you have the right of withdrawal. In accordance with the right of withdrawal established by Law 1480 of 2011, the consumer must exercise this right within the first 5 business days following the date the product was delivered. To return a product by invoking the right of withdrawal, the customer must return it by the same means and in the same condition in which it was received, visiting an authorized carrier location and using only the waybill provided by the store.
To process a return request, the consumer must submit it within a maximum of 5 business days after the product arrives. To process a return request, the product must be in its original packaging, with no evidence of tampering, opening, or use.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to defects in the quality or suitability of the product, as the warranty procedure will apply in such cases. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following requirements must be met:
(i) Present an invoice or proof of purchase, if you have one, it is not an obligation.
(ii) That the product is in the condition in which it was received, with its original packaging and all its parts and accessories, with no evidence of use, manipulation or opening.
If all the above conditions are met, TECH BEAUTY S.TO.S will return to the consumer all sums paid without making any discounts or withholdings for any reason (TECH BEAUTY S.TO.S You have 30 days to make the return)
Except for payments made by credit card in which the Bank charges a percentage per transaction, in which case, TECH BEAUTY S.TO.S is not responsible for the corresponding refund.
